My name is Jamaal.  I'm a certified IT professional based in Chicago, Illinois. During the day I'm a Tech Support Specialist for a non-profit organization in Chicago.  I support the digital content on our website, mobile application, and online career center. Outside of working as a tech I spend my time working as a freelance web developer.
